OBSTETRIC CARE

The doctors of Federation Clinic have provided a comprehensive obstetric service in Wodonga since 1988. Currently 2 of the clinic doctors participate in the Albury Wodonga Health - Wodonga Campus Obstetric Service and all clinic doctors are involved in shared antenatal and postnatal care with GP and specialist obstetric providers.
Mothers with complex obstetric problems are referred for joint management with local specialist obstetricians.
Antenatal classes are provided by staff at AWH Obstetric Service.
A Parent and Baby Unit operates at the Mercy Hospital in Albury providing support for new parents.
