REPORTING SYSTEMS
In line with systems for waste disposal, instrument sterilization, vaccine management and other important procedures, a range of reporting systems have been implemented at Federation Clinic to ensure quality of service delivery.
These include:
- Systems for reporting of hazards, equipment problems or maintenance needs.
- An incident reporting system.
- Protocols to address any patient complaints. Complaints are investigated by 2 non-involved principals.
- In addition to examination of specific problems there are measures to investigate systemic problems when these occur.
