Sarah graduated from Monash University in 2003 and gained intern experience in several Melbourne metropolitan hospitals as well as Traralgon and Mildura Hospitals. She also undertook a public health rotation to the Cook Islands.
Sarah joined Federation Clinic in 2006 as a GP Registrar. As part of the GP training program she gained experience in NSW before returning to Federation Clinic in September 2008.
Sarah has served on the Board of the Albury Wodonga Regional GP Network and as Registrar Liaison Officer for the Bogong Regional Training Network. She is also a part-time lecturer at the University of New South Wales Rural Clinical School in Albury. Sarah and her husband both enjoy working in the region and have settled in a nearby local town.

"We were attracted to the Albury-Wodonga area by the excellent post-graduate training opportunities and the wide range of specialist medical services offered in 2 major regional hospitals. We found that work opportunities for partners were also good as Albury-Wodonga is a growing area. A significant attraction is the rural lifestyle with the convenience of a large centre offering full services, shopping and schools. We enjoy walking our pet Labrador, skiing at Mt Hotham, watersports on the Hume Weir and cycling as well as the great food and wine of the region."
