DOCTOR STAFFING CHANGES
At the end of January we will be bidding farewell to Dr Samantha Daly as she completes her GP Registrar training and heads off onto new ventures. Sam has been a highly valued member of the team and we wish her all the very best for the future.
For patients of Dr Daly, we have a number of alternate doctors available for consultations. Please speak to reception for more information.
SCHOOL ASTHMA PLANS
With the new school year approaching, we remind patients of the availability of appointments for asthma plan reviews. These appointments are scheduled for 45mins with one of our Practice Nurses and will be bulk-billed. We ask that you bring your bring your spacer along to the consultation, but if you don’t have one we have a supply of spacers available here at the clinic for $10.00 each (you can take it home for re-use after the appointment). Every effort is made to keep appointments running to time, however, due to the unpredictable nature of our work this is not always possible. Patients are encouraged to contact us prior to an appointment to check that the schedule is running to time.
Please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require. If there are multiple or complex issues that need discussion, please let reception know when booking your appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated with the doctor.
